Meet The Team

Ian Saunders

Ian has over 25 years experience of leading and developing technology businesses, with a strong track record of creating successful high growth startup companies and nurturing these business to become leading global players in their sector.

Many of the businesses that Ian has managed have gone on to be high value businesses and the subject of acquisitions by FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to co-founding CryoAction, Ian founded Crystal Semantics, taking the business from startup to become a global leader in its field with attributed revenues of over £40 million annually. Ian exited the company following the sale of the business to WPP, the world’s largest marketing services company.

David Morris

David has a strong background in sports. As a junior Welsh international golfer, David has spent over 20 years in and around professional sports, working both with equipment manufacturers and sports management companies in business development roles.

David founded golf equipment manufacturer, DMC, and was a recipient of a British Invention Show award for his CaddyAid product. David set up global distribution opportunities for DMC working closely with major tournament players, caddies and tournament organisers.

Prior to co-founding CryoAction, David worked as a management consultant advising companies on their corporate strategy.

Richard, CryoAction

Ryszard Gadomski

Richard Gadomski has over 17 years of experience in the design, & manufacture of cryochambers. Since 2005 he has designed cryochambers, supervised installations and carried out service for installed units in over 100 major installations in Europe and US.

Ryszard holds a degree in engineering and is the co-author of Code of Good Practice in Cryogenics.

He currently holds the position of Technical Development Director in CryoAction with responsibility for the production and research and development of CryoAction’s innovations.

about Dorota Kucypera

Dorota Kucypera

Dorota acts as our general manager and in-house legal counsel and is responsible for the operations of CryoAction’s facilities in Poland, procurement and liaison with our appointed legal and accounting partners Dorota has worked in the cryotherapy sector for five years, firstly with Creator Sp. z o.o as a legal specialist and account manager for CryoAction’s business with the company. Dorota holds a masters degree in business administration from University of Wroclaw.
