Given the complexities involved with the supply of the pressurised vessel as well as the liquid nitrogen, CryoAction take all the risk away from the client, through our partnership with BOC. A separately negotiated agreement between you and BOC, provides not only provision and maintenance of the pressurised vessel as well as all of its working components, but also enables any specialist knowledge to be available on the end of a phone 24/7 to you.
Under the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000, BOC will carry out an annual inspection of the liquid nitrogen pressurised storage vessel as well as its associated equipment, replacing certain safety features as deemed suitable every 5 years as per the written scheme of examination for the unit which is owned by BOC. BOC provides the pressurised vessel on a lease basis, and therefore are fully responsible for all auditing and maintenance of these systems in line with the requirements of the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000 (PSSR 2000).
These inspections also include an annual audit and a 5 yearly, written Scheme of Examination. Finally, BOC provide a pre delivery inspection to ensure the system is good working order.
The agreement with BOC gives complete peace of mind, through the monthly payments for the pressurised vessel and the supply of the liquid nitrogen delivered directly to your site.
